We are organized flexibly to serve the needs of all our retail customers using a sophisticated structure of sales executives and merchandisers. We classify our customers into national chains, regional groups and large or small independent retailers. The national chains are served by our key accounts division. Independent retailers are served by consumer sales division according to size. Large independent retailers are served by sales executives and merchandisers whilst small independent retailers are served direct by our cash van salesmen. Pharmacies are handled by our pharmaceutical sales division made up of sales executives and medical representatives. The pharmaceutical division also runs a new mother sampling programme.
All our sales executives are graduates with extensive experience of the special characteristics of the UAE market. They are therefore able to operate independently but as part of a large national team draw on our total experience and market knowledge.
We have a network of branch offices staffed with sales and merchandising teams to give comprehensive and detailed coverage of, and service to all relevant retail trade sectors in each Emirate and region.

KEY ACCOUNTS |

This is our largest and most important group of customers which we define as those national or regional supermarket or hypermarket chains which typically have higher than average retail selling space and consumer foot-fall. Our key account management team is organized to handle national negotiations and agreements whilst being able to deal at a local level with store management to ensure that plans agreed at retail group head-office are executed accurately and according to schedule. We have key account executives that manage this process and coordinate between the store and our logistics centre or the retailers' central warehouses as required. Merchandisers work closely with sales executives to maintain shelf stocks, follow agreed planograms, implement special promotional displays and follow up on stock replenishment. |

This is a large and growing trade sector serving the expanding residential centres of the UAE. To give full coverage of this important sector we are constantly reviewing and expanding our direct sales and delivery team of cash van salesmen. |

We have a fleet of direct delivery vans manned by salesmen to service smaller retailers throughout the UAE. We use the latest designs of fuel efficient 1 tonne air conditioned panel vans which we decorate with our brands' advertising. The vehicles are maintained and cleaned according to strictly enforced guidelines. They receive periodic preventive maintenance for maximum safety and efficiency. Our salesmen-drivers receive regular training to reinforce courteous and safe driving practice. |

We have selected a small number of trustworthy wholesale partners. Some UAE retailers occasionally find it more convenient to buy stocks through the wholesale market. We have a wholesale specialist to manage this process who also provides us with a valuable communications link with the UAE wholesale market in general. |
